Inventory
Each stakeholder agency, company, or group owns, operates, maintains or plans ITS systems in the region. The Regional ITS Architecture inventory is a list of "elements" that represent all existing and planned ITS systems in a region as well as non-ITS systems that provide information to or get information from the ITS systems.

Lacey ITS Roadway Equipment | Traffic signals and associated field equipment owned and operated by the City of Lacey. |
Lacey Traffic Management System | Monitors traffic signals in the City of Lacey and maintenance vehicles owned and operated by the City of Lacey. |
Local Emergency Vehicles | This element represents all the emergency vehicles in the region performing emergency management activities. |
NTPS School Buses | School buses operated by North Thurston Public Schools, which use Zonar technology. |
NTPS Service Center | Manages dispatch and tracking of NTPS school buses. |
Olympia ITS Roadway Equipment | Traffic signals and associated field equipment owned and operated by the City of Olympia. |
Olympia Roadway Maintenance Vehicle | Perfoms maintenance duties on Olympia city streets. |
Olympia Smart Parking - Parking Locations | Smart Parking Locations owned and operated from the City of Olympia. |
Olympia Smart Parking - Payment Administration Center | Central Payment Administration Center for Olympia Smart Parking. |
Olympia Smart Parking - Transportation Information Center | Transportation Informtation Center for Olympia Smart Parking. |
Olympia Traffic Management System | Monitors traffic signals in the City of Olympia and maintenance vehicles owned and operated by the City of Olympia. |
Olympia Transit Center | The Olympia Transit Center is seperated from other Transit Centers because Traveler Support Equipment will be implemented faster here than at other Transit Centers. |

Personal Information Device | This element represents devices carried on the person such as a smartphone. |
Police and Fire Stations in Thurston County | This element represents the police and fire stations in Thurston County. |
TCOMM 911 | The TCOMM 911 communications center answers 911 calls and provides dispatch services for Thurston County. Public Safety Telecommunicators are the first link between citizens and emergency police, fire and medical services, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. |
Thurston County Emergency Management | This element represents general emergency management in Thurston County. |
Thurston County ITS Roadway Equipment | Traffic signals and associated field equipment owned by Thurston County and operated by the City of Lacey and City of Olympia. |
Thurston County Maintenance Facility | This element represents the maintenance facilities in Thurston County. |
Thurston County Roadway Maintenance Vehicle | This element represents the roadway maintenance vehicles in Thurston County. |
Thurston County Traffic Management System and Maintenance and Construction Management | This element represents the traffic management system and maintenance and construction management sysytems in Thurston County. |

Transit Centers and Park and Rides except Olympia Transit Center | The Olympia Transit Center is seperated from other Transit Centers because Traveler Support Equipment will be implemented faster here than at other Transit Centers. As Transit Centers olther than the Olympia Transit Center have Traveler Support Equipment, thiose Trnasit Centers will have their own Inventory elements. |
Transit Management System | All systems (computers and software) that manage Bus and Dial-A-Lift dispatch and vehicle tracking, among other functions. |

WA-DES Parking Management Center | The WADES Parking Management Center communicates with the field equipment to manage the parking inventory. |
WA-DES Smart Parking Locations | License Plate Reader (LPR) technology in these parking locations can be utilized to assist with the management of available parking stalls as well as assist with parking enforcement. |
WSDOT 511 Service | This element represents the WSDOT 511 service. |
WSDOT Incident Response Team | WSDOT Incident Response Team comprised of a fleet of emergency roadside patrol vehicles. |
WSDOT ITS Roadway Equipment | Field equipment owned and operated by WSDOT used for state route traffic signals, network surveillance, message signs, weather stations, commercial vehicle roadside equipment and permanent traffic recorders. |
WSDOT Maintenance Data Center | This element represents the WSDOT maintenance data center. |
WSDOT Maintenance Vehicle | Performs maintenance duties on WSDOT state routes. |
WSDOT Office of Information Technology (OIT) Data Center and WSDOT Olympic Region Communications Center | This element represents the WSDOT OIT data center. |
WSDOT Olympic Region Signal Shop | This element represents the WSDOT Olympic Region signal shop which manages the traffic signals in the Thurston region controlled by WSDOT. |
WSDOT Olympic Region Traffic Management Center (TMC) | Manages day to day traffic operations for the WSDOT Olympic region. |
WSDOT Olympic Region Weather Monitoring Stations | This element represents the WSDOT Olympic Region weather montitoring stations. |

WSDOT Transportation Data, GIS, and Modeling Office (TDGMO) | The Transportation Data, GIS & Modeling Office (TDGMO), supports the maintenance, preservation and operation of the Washington State transportation system by providing customers with timely, accurate and reliable roadway, traffic and crash data. We collect, process, analyze and report data for over 7,000 miles of state routes and over 80,000 miles of public roads. We deliver specialized GIS products and services in support of business operations throughout WSDOT. |
WSP District 1 Communications Center | Communicates and perfoms day to day operations with WSP Troopers and local law enforcement. |
