Agreement between the Intercity Transit, the Cities of Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, Thurston County, and WSDOT, to implement Transit Signal Priority for Intercity Transit's buses. The cities of Olympia and Lacey operate some signals on behalf of Thurston County, and the City of Lacey operates some signals on behalf of WSDOT.
